Tuesday the Susan G. Komen Foundation announced it was no longer giving grant money to Planned Parenthood.
Today? Reversal

I can't think of a single political issue that has popped up on my news feed on FB as much as this did. It was pretty remarkable. If it were not for FB, I would probably have missed this story, as would have millions of others.
That along with the quick death of SOPA are signs that maybe people do have a voice and some influence.
Now that I've said that, I am sure SOPA will come back in full foce and get passed next week along with a dozen other awful policies that screw the majority of the populace over.  |
