I am looking into working for ECC but I don't know alot about the franchise. What's it like?
I worked for a Kid's College and found that it's curriculum was more rigorous. Also, the Korean teachers didn't help at all. The last time in Korea I worked at Little America. the curriculum was a lot more relaxed and Korean teachers were present and helped quite a bit.
Basically I'd just like some first hand experience from former ECC teachers. Were their Korean teachers and did they help? Could you describe a day in kindergarten?
Thanks! |

You'll want to find out about the specific branch. Things like "Korean teachers being helpful" at one branch will have nothing to do with what happens at another. It's not like they would mandate that the Korean teachers be unhelpful.
The curriculum will be about the only constant from branch to branch, and even then, they might pick and choose different parts to emphasize, or bring in some of their own books.
I've worked at two different ones, and they ran things quite differently. Kindy structure, contract hours, work hours, pay, etc, etc. |

Find out if the ECC branch is company-owned, as in listed on the ECC website as such.
Company owned branches offer better conditions than stand-alone franchises. |

Hello Tausha12, I just interviewed for Kids College and would like to know more about your experience with them. Unfortunately I can't pm because I have less than 25 posts, but can you email me at '[email protected]'? Thanks! |

Use the search. Just use ECC. You will find tonnes of info about the schools.
Overall ECC is a pretty popular chain school in Korea. You asked a question akin to I heard about a resutrant in USA called "TGIFs"
ECC can be okay for a first timer. |

Well the search does work. You just have been really patient! Just use one word. If blank screen - go back. Wait a min. Try again.
OR
try www.searcheslcafe.com
OR
work on your google skills....
try this in google.....
