Been working there for a couple of years. I asked my boss about the late posting, and he said it is because the departments got approval to add more teachers at the end of January. They are looking for good teachers now, but if none are found, they will just hold off until September.
The school is a fairly good place to work. It is a Christian university, so a lot of focus on that from students/professors.
Not the highest ranking school in Korea, so students ability level is just above community/technical college.
Pay is decent, location good. Lots of time off, and schedules are first rate. I have worked at three unis in Korea and am very happy there. |
