Costco has

Chicken tenders 4oz 24 grams of protein, about 4 tenders.

Chicken breasts, 4oz 24 grams of protein, about 1 breast

Turkey burgers 30 grams of protein in one pattie. 18,000, 12 patties in
pack

Cod fillets about 30 grams of protein per fillet.

Tilapia fillets. 4 oz 24 grams of protein. Each fillet is around 3-4 oz.

2 dozen eggs are around 5,000 at my local Debec mart.

Almonds, pecans and walnuts by the bag.

They also sell chicken breast meet in a can.
It's not cheap but doable. Sorry the only price I remember is the turkey burgers.

I've found ground beef and steak to be less fatty there also. I try to be selective about the cuts I choose.

I'm not a body builder more of a powerlifter. How much do you weigh and what is your body fat %?

I'm 5'10" and 170 lbs. Don't know what my BF % is. I wouldn't consider myself a bodybuilder yet, but I'm working on it. Was in really good shape before I went to Korea the first time around and only worked out on and off my first year, however this time around will be different, as I'm pretty tired of the drinking/clubbing scene and don't plan on doing it.

As for the people suggesting tuna - I try to stay away from the stuff because of the mercury content. I can't remember if canned salmon is readily available in Korea, anyone know?

I went to one of those all you can eat tuna sashimi places and went a bit overboard. Had a metallic taste in my mouth for 2 days and a terrible headache. I think salmon you can get non frozen salmon at Emart for a decent price. People seem to keep serving it to me at gatherings as an hors d'oeuvre, so it must not be that pricey.

The mercury paranoia is on the same level as eating apple seeds can cause cancer. Although it's true, the amount you would have to consume to be at serious risk is nearly inhuman. Don't worry about the mercury. If you were a 300pd body builder taking in 1/3 your protein from tuna, for 15 years MAYBE you have cause for concern

I think the mercury thing is overhyped too.

BF% means body fat percentage

Salmon can be had at Costco too. I personally don't like it.

Be careful of the canned tuna. Most Korean canned tuna is canned in veg oil. Which is really bad for you. Only a few can be found in water. If you can get the kind in olve oil, that's better, but still not great.

Korean canned tuna is pretty much crap anyway though.

Chicken breasts can be had for 5,000 won for a pack of 3. Get a mini oven and they'll be your best source of lean meat protein.

Not true. I read an article a couple years back that talked about a bodybuilder who would eat 1-2 tuna cans per day and had really weird stuff start happening to his body such as hair falling out, headaches, etc. Eventually it was traced back to the mercury in tuna.

Does anyone know if you can get low-fat greek yogurt at Costco or anywhere else?
