I can't say first hand but these are listed on visitkorea:
Pukyong National University Korean Language Program - http://www.pknu.ac.kr
Pusan National University International Language Institute - http://ili.pusan.ac.kr/
Pusan University of Foreign Studies Korean Language & Culture Education Center - http://klce.pufs.ac.kr
Sorry I don't have anymore information. |

I took the level 2 class at PNU. I think it depends on what level you are and what you are trying to get out of the program. None of the university programs I have done are good for normal, every-day conversation. So if that is what you want, I would suggest doing a hagwon or hiring a private language partner. |
