Does anyone have any information on playgroups in Seoul for a 3 year old?

Letting people know what area of Seoul you're in will help as well. We're up in the NW in 연신내. Our son is a little old for yours, but there are others in this area with kids about that age.

We are in yongdeoungpo gu dangsan dong ( 영등포구 당산동 ) but I am willing to travel.
We don't need to stay within our immediate area.
