				| Does anyone know what movie had an Asian trucker pick up hitchhikers? The trucker was a Korean actor if I remember correctly, and his character was from Lubbock, Texas. That's all I remember. I thought it was one of the Harold and Kumar movies but I just watched all three and there's no such scene. |

I think you're referring to a scene from the episode 'Turn and Face the Strange' of TV series Heroes, season 3 episode 22, aired on April 6, 2009, in which Hiro Nakamura and Ando Masahashi were on the road with a baby with power, their vehicle broke down, a truck picks them up and Ando thinks the driver is Japanese while he identifies himself seconds later as a Texan with his distinctive accent.

The actor who played the truck driver was Kenneth Choi, a Korean-American from Chicago. (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0158846/)

				| I remember there was a guy in the 90's who used to host one of those late night music video shows who was Asian (I think he was Japanese or Korea) and spoke with a thick Southern drawl. I think the guy was a comedian. He had a few bit roles in movies, too. |
