I'm not sure why everyone is having such a hard time catching that you have a UK passport.
I was curious, so I looked it up. I assume you contacted the British Embassy in Seoul to ask them? That seems to be the first thing to do, since you can't get an expedited passport via Hong Kong.
Since you can't get a visa in the passport that you have, I would tell your story to the embassy and see what they can do for you. I don't see what other option you have, really.
As a rule, you can't get a visa if your passport expires before the visa does, right?

They are more than taped in.... They stitch it together with super strength thread. |
