Does anyone have their contact phone number?
I called the number on the website (02.734-7948), but they told me to call another number which doesnt exist (02.734-7918).
Alternatively, can you tell me what you need to apply?

Apply online to get your entry letter. http://www.vietnam-visa.com/
Print out the letter and bring it with you to Vietnam. Once in the airport give them cash for the visa on arrival (USD only). Give them one passport size photo and your entry letter that you applied for online.
