I saw the same TV but it was a year newer; a "smart" TV with full 3D ("all share", LAN, USB, handles all formats including subtitle files, etc) at E-Mart for 1.3, wall mounting was free with purchase.
If one were to buy your TV and want it mounted on the wall, they would have to pay about 100,000 for installation. Sure, it isn't hard, but concrete walls need a big drill, anchors...not many people have that kind of hardware.
Warranty as well: 1.3 gets you a full warranty nearby (at any E-Mart) instead of Suwon and a private sale.
The market for TVs right now is definitely in the buyers' favor. Maybe someone else will pick it up for your price, but they should know that for 300,000 won more they can get full 3D, boxed brand new, wall mounted for free and full warranty. Here:

Danawa has this at 1.35 but E-Mart and Home Plus always have "events"; the current one at E-Mart runs from 2011/09/03 ~ 2049/12/31!! No hurry, I guess.
