| except that's not a male. If you looked at her cells under a microscope they would all have XX chromosomes instead of XY. I hate how journalists try to sensationalize things like this out of ignorance. |

There's genotypic sex and phenotypic sex. This mother has a female genotype and a male phenotype. |
