Tompatz, sorry but I need to pick your brain again. My D-10 visa will be ready next week. Here's the thing. I have already been offered a job. The recruiter thinks I still need to give her my documents. Will immigration provide me with a copy of my documents on file? If not, what information do I need to provide for the recruiter? What information should I give her? I don't think she has dealt with a D-10 before?

Thank you (and sorry for so many questions)

Smith

Tell her that you need from the school:

contract
business registration
letter of guarantee from the employer

to which you will add:
ARC
passport
application
fees

and you will transfer to her school.

If on a D-10 and traveling, do you need to apply for a re-entry visa?

Thanks ^_^

No. People with an ARC are entitled to unrestricted re-entry privileges for as long as your ARC remains valid.
