Where can I find small empty plastic containers I can take as carry-on at the airport? I tried Homeplus yesterday and saw nothing.

It's not his fault. This forum is overloaded half the day so things like this (multiple posts) happen often. Blame Dave for being such a cheapskate and refusing to update/upgrade his software/hardware.

The site hasn't changed in about a decade.

I got some at E-mart about a year ago. There's a section with "fancy" home goods (wooden hairbrushes, prettier bathroom stuff, etc) that had them. They were pretty cheap, really.

Yeah sorry, the first 3 times I tried to post it, it never completed the page refresh, so I thought it wouldn't post. I deleted the first 3.

So...any actual answers?

Daiso.

Stand alone Daiso stores, or the ones in the Homepluses/Lottemarts/EMart stores. Also, in the big three, in the regular store, look around, you'll find some.

Off the top of my head, Daiso is in Jongak, Namdaemun-ro, and LotteMart at Seoul Station. PLENTY of others around, too....

Haha, no worries. Yes shame on Dave for seeming to not care about something that has his name plastered all over it.

Daiso is probably you best bet in terms of the little bottles. My homeplus in Jamsil has a little store before the actual shopping area called "Maria" that is like a smaller more expensive version of Daison. Lots of little Japanese inventions and such.

Good luck!

When I travel I do so extremely light. For me, the perfect solution are the clear plastic bottles that pharmacies package liquid medicine in. You can get bottles ranging from 25ml up to 250ml. I've been using them for years and never a problem with airport security or with leakage.

I have two kids so I have a million of the things lying around but you can also ask a kindly pharmacist and they will give them to you (you might need to buy a tooth brush or something).

Was going to say the same. Daisoo and any dollar/chun won store. Many supermarkets will have a cheap good section. One emart I know has set up nicely one month and next month replaced with other specials. A homeplus has it up on the higher floor amongst the small clothing stores.

Second on asking the pharmacy!

So I went to Yeungdungpo Time Square area, as this was the closest Daiso. Found out when I got there that the building was torn down, so that was out. But I ended up finding what I was looking for at Olive Young. thanks for the input though

You might can get little bottles of mouthwash at the local convenience store. Empty them all into a larger bottle and use the little mouthwash bottles for travel.
