I noticed how you selctively described said thread andwebsite to suit your image on this site ha ha.
Anyway, I couldn't care less, I wasn't the one accusing anyone of anything origninally and am just explaining and sticking up for myself and giving you guys it back.
End of really and look who ended up getting all emotional in the end as usual.

Your tone IS emotional and anyone can see it. As if any of us think of any of us outside the forum lol. But you have to mention the obvious all the time and it is a show of defensiveness. Again any astute poster here will think the same.
Anyhow, you are wrong, I've answered your's and homer's false and slanderous accusations and this is my last post on the subject. | Laughed out loud at the Homer/apologist immunity gang up slam on the other page, spot on. There really is a double standard regarding certain posters. I'm glad someone stood up and said it, since, as mentioned, people seem to often get banned for it, which is pretty unfair. CC seems to post pretty pithy stuff most of the time, though I can't say much of what he has written has stuck with me too much, so no comment on that. |

If you meant me with the bolded part, then sorry but my "business" is no longer in the Korean ESL industry. My full time position in Canada deals WITH Korea and other asian nations but not WITH ESL. My consulting agency has nothing to do with ESL either.
As for the link and the TOS...fair enough so just pm the link to CC, problem solved.
jfrom...you got an issue, pm a mod. I will gladly accept whatever they decide to do. |

I would hope not! Losing sleep over an internet forum would be a sad thing!! Have to agree with floating on that one. |

Well I'm not. But seeing as how a few of those posts were made at 2-3 am (Korean time ) it would appear that some people ARE losing sleep over it...  |

Whatever. It's pathetic. If people have a beef with me, say it to me. Notice how as soon as I joined up on one of those sites, that kind of talk stopped?
Far too many internet warriors out there willing to talk smack in their own secret clubs.
As for my emotion... and your accusations regarding it - prove it. I'm not mad at those people, nor you. It's hard to get mad when people are trolling... more just a chuckle and a shake of the head. So if you've got proof that I've been emotional in this thread, by all means, lay it out. The posts are here and easy to quote. |

What an amateur interview. So all guys who look like that will be thought of badly now. As far as I'm concerned, people are entitled to say whatever they want online. It's up to websites to do their job and filter out trolls. If they don't the government will, and nobody (except the ignorant - who are plentiful) wants that.

Imagine a world in which all people interacted with each other face to face in the same manner that they interacted on Internet forums ...
Through Internet forums such as this, I came to understand more as to why newspapers have professional editors and why this is a difficult job. Getting published in 'letters to the editor' would take a few submissions sometimes before anything would appear in some well known papers. They would often want to get to know your writing style ...
Still, I believe continual improvement in communication happens through Internet forums - so let it be free - it's a kind of positive evolution |
