Hello,
This is a question for Americans who have gone through the (blasted) process of attaining their FBI CRC to renew or attain a Visa. Has anyone been able to successfully download the request form from the Authentications Department website? The cover letter downloads and opens just fine, but the request form is in some strange file form and I'm having a difficult time downloading it. I use a Mac and have limited access to a PC - the document says it is only available for Windows - but each time I try to download it from a PC there is always an error. If someone has been able to download the file, would you be willing to email it to me? Any words of advice?

| So you need the fingerprint page, credit card info, and the checklist? I have all three of those if you want me to email them to you. |

Oh no, not the FBI CRC documents. This is for the next step, which is to send that lot in with a few other documents to the Office of Authentications. This website: http://www.state.gov/m/a/auth/
The cover letter downloads just fine, but not the request form. :/ |
