Fruit, yoghurt, soy milk are my base, but at home I buy LSA (linseed, soy, almond - I think) powder and put it in.
Can you buy any supplements like that here - to make it healthier? |

you can try GNC and pay insane amounts or take your business to iHerb.com
They have all the supplements under the sun for a reasonable price |

I put rice in mine. Makes it solid so the smoothie doesn't slosh around in my stomach...
But, what's that roasted rice powder they put in pat bing su? If it's good in that, likely it'd work in smoothies too... |

Where do you get wheat germ and black strap molasses? I haven't made a smoothie yet, but I just bought a pretty good blender yesterday, so this is a timely thread for me. |

blueberries
strawberries
raspberries (I used to go with blackberries, but the cheap supplier on G-market ran out of a stock and apparently shut down)
pomegranate juice (just a small amount, it's kind of a substitute for milk since I didn't like the taste of milk and blueberries together)
psyllium fibre (you can never have too much fibre) |

I start off with a base of mashed potatoes and gravy. Then some popcorn chicken. More mashed potatoes and gravy. Some corn. More popcorn chicken. A liberal layer of cheese, and then some bacon bits on it.
Mmmmm KFC Cheesy Bacon Bowl Smoothie. |
