|
|
Well it looks like I'll have to get the Labor Office involved in my situation. Right now I'm out of the country so I'm filling out the online petition.
Have any of you done it this way? How long is it usually until you get a response?
Also the petition form asks for some info(# of employees, boss' resident ID#, boss' home phone #) that I just don't have. Will that in any way make the difference between them accepting it or rejecting my petition as incomplete? The school has a website so I was going to throw the link on there for them.
Thanks for your help! |

First, you need to take on a different attitude if you are serious about this. Using the word "throw" is not a sign you care about your money. Second, a link is not going to work. They could easily get the information they asked you for, but the procedure is for YOU to supply that info.
Maybe you can give the link to a friend in Korea, and then they could look into getting the exact information the labor board requests. I am sure immigration would have info like that before issuing a visa. |
