The court declared the criteria of sexual harassment do not lie on which part of a body an offender touches, saying, "Considering Ko touched her shoulders despite her disapproval and she felt sexually ashamed, his act is more than morally criticized and should be acknowledged as sexual harassment."

"Ko's seniors in his company didn't stop his acts because he was the nephew of the company president, and the victim reluctantly allowed his touching several times as he was her superior," the court added. He was sentenced to a ten-month imprisonment and a two-year suspended jail term in the lower court.

Ko was indicted for hugging a 22-year-old female worker, identified as Chang, and touching her shoulders at his workplace in April to May 2002. He was sentenced to a ten-month imprisonment and a two-year suspended jail term in the lower court, but was acquitted of the charges of touching the shoulders at the appeal.

I should file for the ten minute massage I recieved from ȿ and (which involved them pounding my shoulders for ten minutes with their little fists) who are 12 years old as harrasment from students. Actually after

barbell press 5 sets
behing neck smith press 5 sets
dumbell press 4 sets
machine press to failure 3 sets
upright rows 3 sets
forward dumbell raises 3 sets
lateral raisess three sets

in the morning I feel like giving a test every day that they can finish ten minutes ahead of the class. They did this without provocation like a divine act told them I needed it. Don't think I will get similar relief tomorrow after doing back.

Memorial University of Newfoundland
Newfoundland & Labrador Human Rights Code
Human Rights legislation generally defines sexual harassment as falling within one of 2 categories. At work or at school, for example, you could be asked to perform a sexual favor in exchange for a promotion or raise, or for a passing grade -- this is known as quid pro quo sexual harassment, or "something for something" The other kind of sexual harassment is known as the chilly or hostile environment-- a situation in which you are made to feel uncomfortable at work, or at school, primarily by being sexualized.

Sexual Harassment Issues
It is simple. All heterosexuality is rape. Consent is meaningless under Patriarchy. Catherine MacKinnon is the feminist scholar whom Farrell quoted. She states, "Under conditions of male dominance... if sex is something men normally do to women, the issue is less whether there was force than whether consent is a meaningful concept." Carol Pateman also recognizes this ugly truth. In her article entitled "Women and Consent" in the May 1980 issue of Political Theory (vol. 8, pp. 149-168) she courageously points out, "Consent as ideology cannot be distinguished from habitual acquiescence, assent, silent dissent, submission, or even enforced submission. Unless refusal or consent or withrawal of consent are real possibilities, we can no longer speak of 'consent' in any genuine sense."
