HI
i am leaving my work on Mar 31 but would like to stay until June end. can i extend my visa.
1. i heard that 1 month extension is possible easily. what are the requirements for this.
2. my wife works too and we plan to leave together at june end. can she sponser my F3 visa until that time. her contract is until Jan 2013.
need urgent advice

I feel like I've read on here that you can simply walk into an immigration office and they'll give you the extra month, but I'm not 100% about that. |

30 day extension you need: passport, ARC, exit ticket out (dated within 30 days). NOTE: cannot be extended again.
Change to F3 you need: application, fees (50k +10k for a new ARC), ARC, passport, proof of marriage to primary sponsor (wedding cert).
Change to D10 (good for up to 6 months) you need: application, fees (50k +10k for a new ARC), ARC, passport.
All of the above assumes you were on an E2.
