Not very surprising. There is almost always a police station by the brothel district.
for Hooker hill, the station would be too far away, so they had to install CCTV to make sure they have customers and are functioning illegally as they should be. |

Well given that anytime I'm in Itaewon my vision ends up so blurry I see at least quadruple.... |
