| Skip Shithan (their global cards are a farce....only for Koreans to take money internationally...unless it has changed) and go with KEB. I haven't even lived in-country for nearly 2 years, yet I still have an active credit card with KEB. |

Really? I've never had a problem with them... I like KB because it's all over Korea (unlike the local banks 'that everyone here uses') and all the ATMs have English~ they also have mobile banking, but I haven't gotten mine set up yet...
Also, I've been getting dinged a couple hundred won for withdrawals... maybe because I withdraw late at night? Anyone else? |

KEB's English internet banking has worked best for me. I am able to transfer money home online thanks to the Overseas Remittance account that I set up in one of their branches.
Hana Bank's English internet banking works up until the point that I need to transfer some money then it gives me errors; forcing me to use the Korean version of the site to transfer money.
So, in my experience, KEB wins it for me. |

| kb has internet banking in English - it takes a bit of time to set up but I've been working with it for about 5 years and have had no problems. |

Does anyone know how much is the max I can transfer from a Hana account to a say, keb account at an ATM? Both accounts would be mine.
I have a Hana account and need to open another account tomorrow. Was thinking keb as I've read here that you can transfer money home online with them. Can someone else confirm? |
