Which Korea mobile service provider is better? SK, KT, LG U?

From what I heard and IME, SK>>=KT>>>>>>>>>>>>>>LGU+.

10 years with LG and I have no complaints.

The are the most foreign friendly but they don't have all the bells and whistles of SK.

There is NO good reason to use KT for phone service.

What I plan is, to buy a sumsang phone and use in with prepaid service.
Can foreigner buy a sumsang phone without contract? Will there be a lot of documents required to buy a phone?

You can however it will expensive, the only document required is your ARC card.

But it will be more cheaper than buying in my own country right? Since samsung is from Korea.

I frequently have poor reception, though that may just be my bad luck. My office in particular has no reception. Sometimes, despite having full reception and 3G on, for whatever reason I can't access the net (or use apps like Kakaotalk). Twenty minutes later, it is fine again. No rhyme or reason. Also, I am often left without an olleh wifi connection point out in public, despite seeing a ton of LG U+ connection points available.

I also have KT internet service at home and I'm not that impressed with that either. I think I've become anti-KT at this point.

Unless of course you wanted an iPhone when they were first released in Korea.

No complaints with KT over the past two years. Was with SK before that and would eate them slightly lower although no real complaints either.
