I remember paying ~90K my first time around, but I've read that some of the smaller clinics will do it for as low as 35K. Can anyone give directions and/or a phone # to any one of these places? I'm located near Express Bus Terminal (Gangnam); the closer the better. |

If I can hijack this, if anyone knows of a place that will do the health check on Saturdays, that would be great. |

I did my most recent one at a place near Seolleung, but it wasn't that cheap, about 80k. If you want a futuristic 2001 pod experience, however... that's the place to go. Forget the name right now, sheit. |

You have to be careful though. They (public schools) won't accept checks from small clinics. They have to be from approved hospitals. |

If you already have an ARC you can go to your local "-Gu's office" and have a health check that is accepted by immigration (I've done it twice now) for 1,500...yep, $1.50 (or whatever the exact exchange rate is). |

I'll just second using the local Gu heallth office. For 1,500won they'll do x-ray, blood, urine and stool. Way cheaper and less busy than a big hospital. |

If you already have an ARC? Isn't the whole point of doing a health check so you can get an ARC? Why else would you need to do one? |

Alright, well since no one else was able to help my gf found a good place, cost 60k and was very close to the subway.
Directions:
Gaya Seungmo Clinic / 가야성모의원
Naebang (Line 7) Exit 6 - walk straight and you will find HSBC on your left. A few buildings later on the 4th floor you will see the clinic (to your left). |

...not unless your extending a visa/switching a job, in which case you might have to go to the hospital and pay $45-$100(?).
Forgot to mention that, sorry dude. |
