Just shut down your email address or something. If you were really ambitious, you could maybe set up some sort of generated message that replies to everyone looking for a job stating what happened and to not ever use this recruiter again. That might be fun.
Or you could ignore the inquiries....can't imagine why they would use your email (though putting your email into this thread wasn't a good idea as someone could harvest it now) as it's going to make them look bad that no one is replying to them.
So, change your primary email, fight back with an automated message, or just leave it alone. Those are the options I see.

That might be fun. My primary email has become flooded with junk. If I don't access it every 3 days or so, then the junk mail folder clogs up and I become dangerously close to bouncing back emails sent by my friends.
I have been thinking about changing my email address for the longest time, as I hate having to babysit my email especially while I'm on vacation. But then I'm sure those emails advertising that if I use their drug I can smash down walls with my *beep* will still follow me. |

I once had someone recruiting using my e-mail address. I didn't know why people were sending me their resumes...I got tired of it and told them just what I thought of their qualifications! |

Would that be the - Naughty Jeju housewifes, or the - Naked English teachers in Jeju, club? Those two are my favorites! |

No chance this is the work of a vindictive ex-employer, is there?
Either way, I'd vote for all sorts "creative responses." Let's see, ETN could stand for "English Traffickers Network." Salaries could be in the 1-1.2 range, with shared dormitory-style housing and 40 teaching hours a week. Recruits could be required to surrender their passport to their employers upon arrival. Offer zero sick days, zero vacation days, and zero bereavement days, the employee's death being the notable exception (two weeks notice required, of course). Demand they pay their own airfare, plus surrender a $2,000 "contract completion" deposit upon arrival. Oh, and you could end each response with an advertising slogan like "English Traffickers Network -- Giving slimeball recruiters everywhere a worse name."
You might even throw together a free web page for 'em. Could effectively put them out of business before they ever get started. |

More like, "No, I don't think anyone's going to hire you with a high school diploma and summer camp experience."
Really. |
