|
|
Hello, I recently went to Woori Bank and received a Korean check card from them to take money out of the ATM, etc.
There is a little gold mark on the front and I think I can use it on the subway?
Anyway, I want to know if Korean Bank cards work like U.S. debit cards and can I make online purchases with this card?
I'd like to start using G-Market and hope that I can use this card.
If not, will I have to apply for a credit card instead? Is this difficult, since I have no credit in Korea?
Thank for you any advice! |

I believe there's an option at G-market for transferring from your Korean bank account.
In fact I tried to use a VISA and they told me I had to scan the front and send it to them, which is annoying, so I would recommend the other way. |
