I haven't seen the two documentaries in the initial post, but another documentary arguing for a plant-based diet, 'Forks Over Knives', features the MMA fighter Mac Danzig. It wouldn't surprise me if it was the same guy...probably not too vegetarian fighters out there,

Make sure you're getting enough calories and protein. 148 isn't quite underweight for your height, but it's getting close.

I ate 14 oranges (sucked pulp and wedges) and five glasses of OJ in addition to a pretty sizable dinner last night that consisted of a lot of food groups (I had fish and it was really really GOOD).

I don't know why my body was craving Vitamin C so badly, but it's gone now. So I went to supermarket and got the following:

B-12 Complex
B-12 Stress
Vitamin C 1000 mg
Jelly One a day (fruit flavors!)
Calcium and some other one.

Guess I was close to scurvy! Very Happy

And for some reason, I gained a couple of pounds back in the last 4 days. I also may have been dehydrated when I posted that thread a few days ago.

I don't get it. Are you saying I was trolling? Pretty stupid subject to troll about, if that's what you're trying to imply.

Edit: the movie I had watched and was referring to in the OP can be found here:

Your entire past posting history is making piss take joke comments.. Suddenly you make a serious post and the subject is often the object of ridicule by defensive omnivores... Smells very fishy!..

Oh, you mean like this post made months ago:

Guess you'd rather I spent my time on this site arguing over silly things then. Personality has a lot to do with attitude though. Cheers, have a good day. (I left the jerk part out)

Eat more beans. I usually just order dry beans from iherb, but you could get them in Itaewon and probably other sources. I use giant lima beans, kidney beans, and pinto beans, mainly. I also order black bean flour and make dips with that.
