I'm back in the US, trying to check my Korean accounts online, and I get to my KEB bank accounts just fine...but I also have an account with KB (my school prefers to pay into that one), and I am having trouble logging in on a machine that runs Windows 7 -- and from what I saw at their site, they don't currently "support" Windows 7....

Any ideas for workarounds or ways to get to my account, short of hitting up a library with older operating systems?

Thanks in advance....

It might be the browser you're using. I can't get the KB site to function using Chrome, but Internet Explorer works fine...

This might sound stupid, but I'm a little ditzy about computer things, so, please don't be offended if this sounds ridiculous... but did you make sure to transfer your certificate to your new machine? If it isn't on the hard drive or on a usb, then there would be nothing for the site to read to let you log in...

Good luck!

Thanks for the input, soomin -- the problem was something else, but it is working now, so I am all set.

I DO use IE, because I am aware that other browsers do not work...and I am used to the security programs popping up -- I would just hit "yes" and things would be fine.... I have my certificate on a USB, so that was fine.

To get things to work, I actually had to hit "no" on the security pop-up. It was trying to install a Vista version on my computer, and when I would hit "yes," the fact that I am NOT using Vista would get me to the error-message site...but when I hit "no" just now (more from annoyance than from thinking it would fix things), I went right to my account...so random button clicking wins the day again.

Thanks again for chiming in, though -- I appreciate it.
