ask your doctor for the document regarding 건강보험 출산 전 진료비 지원신청 및 임신확인서...or simply ask about the Go-eun-mom card. They'll help you fill out the form if you're not too good with korean. next you bring the forms to a KB bank and you'll be issued a card a couple days later. also, i believe the amount rose to 500,000 (not 100% sure though).

Is there any condition regarding Pregnancy Date? For example "only women who got pregnant After April 1 will get 500,000?" Also, Is there any duration e.g. Women need to apply within1-2 months after getting pregnant?

In regards to your first question - no. I personally know at least one woman who was encouraged by her hospital to wait and apply after the limit went up.

In regards to your second question - I don't think so. Check with your doctor - they will probably have more details. However, it's wiser to apply earlier, so you can use more of the money.
