It was very convenient to have the guy waiting for us whenever we'd finished site-seeing, but he drove like a speed-freak with the squits. |
Don't you hate that feeling when you are stuck in a taxi here and you really have a dodgy stomach? A feeling I could live without!! |

Too right- I panic in cabs that I'm going to throw up at any minute- especially in stop-start traffic with a hangover- aaaaiiigo. |

| 85,000- hired a taxi to drive us from Jeju-si to Seogwipo (the full length of Jeju, north to south) and back again with a few stops inbetween. Worth it, since the guy was with us for half the day, but I get the feeling I should've set a flat rate instead of going off the meter. |
That doesn't sound like a bad price at all considering the amount of time he was unavailable to drive others and also it sounds like you got to split that cost up. not bad at all.
My most expensive one was from Itaewon to Shingal (Korean Folk Village) at 50,000. |

Back a long, long time ago......
I used to travel from Ansan to Itaewon for clubbing on a Saturday night -
when the clubs were closing at 3am - I would catch a taxi back to Ansan for 60,000 - 70,000 won (each saturday night) I guess a sauna or motel would have been cheaper - but I tried to sleep at a sauna once instead of catching a taxi - the sauna I chose in one of those little back streets of Itaewon - is another different whole story...... |

That is a good deal. The one the right is more my style. What about the chick in the middle? |

Last time I tried that sauna bit they wouldn't let me in and it didn't have to do with the level of my drunkeness. |

Yes, that was the reason. There weren't enough women there to service me properly. |
