Blurg : Many thanks for taking the time to manage this pool. It's time consuming and probably somewhat inconvenient at times. Job well done.

meangradin: Well played. The final outcome of this pool came right down to the overtime period in the LA/SJ game. I would have been quite content to finish in a tie with you. Unfortunately, only one of us was going to walk away with 7 points. Luck has always played a significant role in this pool, and in the end, I was its main beneficiary.

Ricochet : Thanks for getting this pool started in the first place, and giving those of us who are going through hockey withdrawal a way to maintain contact with the game.

Thanks for participating, everyone. Hope to see you all in the playoff pool.

Cheers

Thanks blurg for runing the pool.

Fellas, the playoff pool has been posted. I made a separate thread as I thought it might be easier to keep track of everything there.

blurg We're having our draft Wednesday night. Hope you can still make it. Let me know, and I'll PM you the directions and time.

Thanks for the thanks, guys, and no worries. It's really second nature now and very quick to do. Happy to do it next year as well unless somebody else wants a crack at it.
See you in the playoff pool!

OK I'll do it.

Looks like the puck drops on the 19th. Once the schedule is set, I'll post it up along with the time-honored rules.

I guess the schedule should be up in a few days.

Meanwhile, any of you guys (or gals) want to join a yahoo fantasy league? I think some of you may have been participants in the old EAsports league before & it was a good league, but the former commish seems to have packed it in. Heres a spinoff league with the same settings & a couple of the former managers: Mini Hockey Go!

Go to yahoo game front page. Click sign up now. League ID: 49460. Password: hOckey

Balli-balli. Live draft unfortunately is 5am monday our time. I'll be sleeping & auto-picking, but I'm looking forward to icing a team. Serious only please, committed to playing out the whole abbreviated season.
