I was recently kicked out of home by my long time partner.
The good news is that she and I made up and now I'm moving back in.
I am therefore left with a room in Gangnam that I'm paying for but not using.
The contract on it expires in 10 months.
It is fully furnished, there is a fridge, washing machine, frezzer, wardrobe, queen size bed, sofa which folds out into a sofa bed. If you move in quickly and I like you then I'll even leave the TV behind. There's no deposit required, just give me the first month's rent and I'll give you the key.
It's part of an officetel complex and is located very close to baengbaeng sageori (crossroads). The building is about 5 years old. There is of course a working boiler, underfloor heating, shower, toilet. I'll leave my clothes horse behind too. You can even keep the IKEA bed covers. You can also keep the plates, mugs, wine glasses, coffee cups and bowls that I bought. There's some washing detergent there as well. What a deal!
The rent i'm paying is 850,000 a month, so ideally I'd like someone to pay that, but if you can promise to stay more than a few months, I may take less.
