If not, is there any knock-offs? Excedrin was the only thing that eliminated headaches for me. Regular Tylenol is useless.
If there is a brand in Korea sold at the pharmacies, can you tell me the name, or a brand that works well on headaches--not Tylenol, though. No Advil or Aspirin either, thanks.

can't say any particular brand per se, but do some reading. Excedrin has acetaminophen, caffeine, and aspirin. If you write these down and ask for these specifically at the drug store, you might have some luck.

I've been to the drug store and asked specifically for acetaminophen, ibuprofen, and aspirin (subtle differences, but each one has a strong/weak point) and was able to get different pills each time. so IF you can't find excederin specifically, i'd try it that way.

Good luck!

Status of this 'Etex Exedrin' is 'In retail circulation', but then it's another issue whether local pharmacy has this particular product in stock.

You're looking for something called this:
씨에이펜정 or 마이넥스정

has all the same proportions of the medicine as excedrin. If the pharmacy doesn't have it in stock, they should order you a bottle you can get it in a day or two.

http://www.druginfo.co.kr/detail/product.aspx?pid=201916

you need to login though I think to see the full details.
Acetaminophen 250.0mg 제품 검색 Aspirin 250.0mg 제품 검색
Caffeine anhydrous 65.0mg 제품 검색
which was what was listed for excedrin.

That international food store in fish alley in Itaewon had some quite a while ago. If you don't know where fish alley is, it's located on the same street, but down from hooker hill. The shop is sort of across from the parking area there.
