Cops try to pull him over for erratic driving and blowing through a red light.
He refuses to pull over and leads them on a high speed chase.
He calls 911 to tell them:
"I have a gun."
"I've been arrested before for possession of destructive devices, I'm not afraid of the cops."
"If they pull their guns, I'm gonna have to pull my gun out on them."
Then he pulls over and starts running away, but turns around a couple of times to pretend he's shooting at them.
Eight police officers unload 90-120 bullets at him.
Family files $120 million lawsuit before he is buried.

I can't really speak to this guy's situation, doesn't really seem like the lawsuit has legs.
But I for one sleep better at night knowing that in the USA, any 6 year old girl in a stroller or any 95 year old in a wheelchair that cocks their eyebrow is going to get slapped into handcuffs and tasered to death.  |

| I don't think the guy should get anything, but frankly I would like to know the stuff that this guy went through with other agencies before he went berserk. Lawsuits aren't all that bad, I wouldn't mind seeing the toy companies that manufacture real life like guns so the police can't tell if the child has a real gun or not get thier butts sued off. It's all done for money and they should lose lots of it. |

Judging by his apparent condition you can rest easy in the fact that he won't soon be heading to Disneyworld (unless it's the newly-opened Great One in the Sky Disney). |

Despite your lack of reading comprehension skills and fanciful imagination, no, I have never been a defense lawyer. In fact if you'd been paying attention, I've been critical of frivolous lawsuits for several years on Dave's. |
