Calm down!
& you need to work on your advice skills. When my students are preparing for a mid-term I won't be telling them that the test is "disappointingly very easy" They might get it into their heads that they don't have to prepare.

I just lol'd. A lot of Koreans don't even wear their seatbelts even when the car is in motion, let alone before starting the car. There should be harsher fines for seatbelt violations, with fines going up every subsequent offense. Let's start at 150,000 won.

Chances are, even the instructor doesn't wear his/her seatbelt before starting the car.
