If you see something like this and you feel a moral obligation to do something then report it. They do take these reports seriously and follow up with sting operations.

We had a local 7-11 get busted for selling to minors and they lost the right to sell cigarettes for awhile. It does happen.

I agree with this. Intervening directly (like telling the student not to buy cigarettes and let the cashier know that the kid is underaged when you see such transactions taking place) could have possible negative outcomes.

This is what I was attempting to point out and it seems that finally everyone agrees.

Yeah, so I reported it to the local police office like a week ago. They said they will look into it, I gave them the name of the clerk who I saw doing it. ^_^ I was surprised this thread was still going on. I should have mentioned it earlier.
