hm, I have a feeling it could be that your swap file size is too big for the space left on your computer. Try to shrink it down. Read up on how to do this and try to find information online on recommended size - it's usually some % of your RAM. The less RAM you have, the smaller your swap has to be in these cases, if I remember correctly. I'm assuming you use XP. Just search for whatever OS you are using:

This has happened to me as well.
I just clicked on the file name and changed it, and delete. This usually works, but if it doesn't then I open the file, click on the name of the movie or whatever, change it, and delete. I don't know why, but it works for me.
