The Flakfizers are making a go at life stateside. We're getting rid of most things we've accumulated. Above are some of the items. More might be posted later. We have a lot of toys and children's books for anyone interested. We have many books in English and many in Korean, some in both (example in pictures).

Prices are negotiable.

couch - 20,000 won. The couch is only a year or so old and the cushions all feel great. The problem is that the vinyl or pleather has cracked at the seams. It's really comfy though. If no one wants it for 20,000, we'll probably end up giving it away to anyone willing to take it.

Lay-Z-Boy chair. This is the real deal with the lever for reclining and everything. It's a bit worn, but no tears or stains. One arm has had the padding slip down, but layzboy has like a ten year warranty, so you might get it fixed free. 30,000 won

Microwave - good one, rotates, pretty new. 30,000
toaster oven 5,000 won or free to anyone who purchases something larger.

Rice cooker (Samsung) (not pictured) 20,000

Bikes, the one with the seat in back - 20,000. Might need a tune up, but it works and the kid's seat is fine.

Bike with no kids seat - 30,000

Bike with seat in front - 20,000 won, but not for sale until June and then we will be in Suwon.

Fridge. Only a couple years old and huge. 170,000

kid's scooters: Razor (from States, foldable) 10,000. Small plastic one - free. There's also one of those scooters where you put both feet on it and move by moving your feet together and apart. 10,000 won

Magformers. Okay, these things are expensive. We paid like 300,000 for them last year for children's day. None are missing or broken and it comes with the box and instructions on how to build various things. Asking 200,000 won. (we might just bring them back)

All region DVD player (not blu-ray) 10,000 won

VCR (Yes, you read that right) still works. 5,000

Two voltage converter deals (big ones, 220 to 110), 10,000 each or 15,000 for both.

Lots of outdated stuff like old mp3 players, a camera where the flash doesn't work. An old film point and shoot film camera. Lots of power cords, composite cords, etc. Free

Probably leaving some stuff out, so ask me, we have it.

Some toys that are free include: a game where you use magnets to catch fish, a game where frogs grab balls (hungry hippos, basically)

Oh, we have lots of hot wheels or similar cars. 10,000 won for a bunch (maybe 30 or 40?)

Oh yeah, that educational DVD set for kids (which is great, BTW, a zillion times better that baby einstein) 10,000 won

Better look around and add more as it come to me. We'll be leaving Seoul at the end of May, anything can be sold sooner except we'll obviously need the fridge and cooking appliances until near the end of the month. Other stuff can go sooner. (maybe not scooters, kids have been playing with them)

I am interested in your bikes and scooters. Is there an email or number to reach you at?

I'll get back to you. Two of the bikes are available now. The other one and the scooters will have to wait.

To all interested, sorry if I don't answer you right away. We are so busy right now. I'm still finding things that are useful. I forgot to mention a good Epson scanner (4490 Photo). I forgot I have a Sony Handycam that still uses Hi-8 cassettes (but streams to a computer).

I prefer PMs, but if you can't PM yet, you can send email to [email protected]. I don't often use it, but I'll try to check more often.
I will add more info and pictures as the month goes on.

We're located near Ttukseom station in Seoul, BTW.

Added to the list and to the pics:

microwavable pans. These have metal parts that are designed for microwave use. We used them sparingly, but they were great for making meatloaf, quiches and such. 15,000 for both.

I added pic of the rice cooker

To the guy interested in the fridge, I added a pic of the sticker that tells its vital stats. It's 513 total liters (367 fridge, 146 freezer).

I have two nice frame sets that I never used because I was afraid the kids would break them. Would take them but they are too big. In the pic you can get an idea, but these frames sit on the floor. There are places for four, 8x10 photos. The frames are wooden. The price sticker is still on the box (27,000). 15,000 for one or 25,000 for both.

Epson 4490 Photo scanner. Great scanner, scans film too. Too big to take back. Comes with CD-ROM. 35,000

Sony Handycam. This is a long shot because everyone is switching to HD. But this camera does stream to your computer so you can make digital movies with it (not HD, though). My son wants it, but I'll see if anyone is interested first. It features a 20x optical zoom and shoots out infrared for night vision up to a certain distance. Can't believe this cost me 300 bucks back in the day. make an offer.

If no one is interested in the camera, I will probably keep it but lose the camera bag, which is pretty nice and in good shape. Anyone interested can have it for a pittance.

I forgot to put a price on the weights.

make an offer.
