I will be sending in my background check within the next few months to the FBI and need to know if they will show up on it. Basically, I had a ticket from last year that I recently paid (Yes I know) through a collections agency. I have another ticket that I will pay for before I send off the app and need to know if they will show up on the report even if they will be completely paid of. I don't think any warrants were issued but a driver's license stopper was issued. I talked to the courts and they said as soon as they are paid for, the stopper will be lifted. I was never fingerprinted or went to jail. The reason I am asking id because I have gotten mixed answers through google and need to know for a fact.

Again I will not send in the background check until everything is cleared.

Thank you.

Just remember it can take several months to get it plus you have to have it apostilled, so don't wait too long Very Happy

You should know the difference between a crime and a traffic violation (regulatory offense).

Should be common sense to most people.

And yet, what exactly shows up on an FBI check, and what K-immigration cares about are far from "common sense".

I was assuming that it wouldn't show up, I just wanted to confirm it here.
