Hi everyone-
We have a bedroom in our 3br apt available for rent from May 24th. It is located in Bogwangdong, which is approximately a 10 minute walk south of Itaewon Station. The apartment itself is on the second floor of a house, and we have the entire floor to ourselves. There are 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a western style kitchen and bathroom including a gas oven and bathtub. We also have a really nice patio connected to our floor. The 450,000 won you would pay covers rent and all utilities and internet. In addition to rent, there is a 450,000 refundable deposit. You will be living with a Korean woman, an American man, and a cat.
