| As the title says anyone living in Yeowol or for those who have lived there that can shed some light about the area? Any big stores such as Homeplus or E Mart? Is it a nice place to live? Any recommendations for a gym? Any good hiking trails? A good number of foreigners living there? Anything you can share would be great. |

| It might be spelt Yeowul but the area isn't served by a subway station. According to the map, it looks like the closet subway station is Sosa. Neighboring areas include Seongdok-dong and Jak-dong. |

Most of the English Teachers are in Jung-dong and Sang-dong. I know a few of them that take a bus to the sosa area everyday for work. I'd highly advise living in Jung-dong though if its possible. It's a really nice area, with a lot of great western stores (Hyundai department store, Lotte Department Store, Kim's Club, 2 Homepluses, and an E-Mart).
The rest of the areas in Bucheon I think are kind of more rundown poorer areas. |
