Can anyone suggest a place to get protein powder? Do they carry any at Costco?
Thanks |

My woman gets me yellow bean protein powder online, it's a Korean thing I believe. I think it's great, doesn't give me the willies like that milk/egg stuff, expensive however. |

The company "Nutrilite" is pretty popular here... You can buy protein powders and such from their stores, or from ordering it. There might be one in Busan, or you could look online ^.^ |

There is a small GMC in Busan that I found at the one large mall. I can't remember for the life of me right now what the subway exit was though... it's maybe 5 stops away from Haundae and you see the mall once you get off the subway. I almost want to say the name was ".... center".. but don't quote me on that. |

Bodybuilding.com delivers to Korea. Shipping is a bit expensive but even with that, the price is still comparable to some of the Korean sites here like mass119.com . The downside is that you have to wait a couple weeks for it to arrive. |

I found a site where you can order supplements to Korea for the flat rate shipping price of just $4.00, a little more if it's over 3 pounds but even then it's still super cheap compared to other sites.
Check it out: http://www.iherb.com/
I get all my fat burning stacks, whey, creatine/glutamine, and additional herbs from here.
You can use this DISCOUNT CODE: CIH211 and get $5.00 off your first order. It works for first time customers only. No minimum purchase.
Don't forget to take a look at their free products and samples before you check out. You get two free different products per order.
Super awesome! So happy I found the site and thought I would share Very Happy |
