After signing a new contract for two years..I notice the first five months they have been taking a lot for the actual device cost. Is this normal and do they continue to take it out until the cost of the phone is paid off? I know you get a discounted price for signing a contact with the phone costing my over 500000won.

You should also s a discount credited to your account, so when they say the device is 38k per month but the sales guy told you you would only pay 9k per month, the difference should show up as a discount.
