You really got asked this? Of course. It boggles the mind. Guess it helps to think for a second before we speak. That's almost as good as when you mention you are going to Korea and people think they're clever asking, North or South? Christ. Watch the news once in a while or glance at a newspaper.

How can people not know these things? Without putting an ounce of effort into it, these things are obvious.

Interracial is an ugly word. Damn. To use it denotes a stained way of thinking.

We're all just people trying to get through this thing called life.

Oh, well. Never mind.

Haha yeah. I took a trip to Korea for a month last year and I called Verizon to see if I could somehow get a data plan for my phone while I was abroad. The person on the phones asked which country I was flying to and I stated that I was going to "Korea". Her reply was: "Sir, I don't see a 'Korea' listed in our system, but I do see a North Korea. Is this your destination?"

I've never facepalmed myself so hard before.

ㅅㅅI often envy the people that don't know this country.

Well, of course there is not knowing anything about the country, understandable, like I don't know anything about Uganda or Bolivia, but to be in complete ignorance of where a place is or what it is about, well, I dunno, maybe? Yet it's not all that obscure is it? To not have heard of Kim Jong Il, as an adult of normal intelligence in the western world, seems a bit off.
