ok, so i am busy with a real sweet deal... the thing is, there's this p/school with rave reviews and they want me to work there based on my referral letters. It's a direct application(no recruiters involved.)
The problem is that some folk seem to deem a recruiter-acquired-job as more secure or better in many ways(none of which i can think of)... anyways... would sure appreciate some info or advice or suggestions - maybe even personal experiences - to help me make this decision.
Thanks.

One isn't more secure than the other. Take the one you think is best for you. |

Recruiter or no, makes no difference if you have the job lined up.
The recruiter only comes into play when you are looking for a job; they are nothing more than an introduction to an employer and it seems you are already introduced to new potential the employer.
