| Hello, I am looking to sublet my apartment in Itaewon for one month in the summer. The dates would be from July 16th - Aug. 15th. It is a three bedroom apartment with wifi, laundry, etc. The cost would be 400,000 all inclusive with a 200,000W damage deposit that I would refund upon my return if no damage was present. I am offerring a low rent charge because there is something I would need the renter to do - take care of my cat who will be staying in the apartment while I am gone. Cat is easy to care for and the house has all the perks and is a good location. If you or anyone you know would be interested, please send me a message or email me at [email protected].
