Hi

I think I will have to change my E2 Visa to a D10 soon. I searched here to learn about the process but only found a post about getting a d10 before arriving here.

Does anyone know what is needed and where one goes to change the E2 to D10?

I've heard you need a letter of release if your contract has not expired.

End of contract:
passport
ARC
application
fees

NOT at the end of your contract:
passport
ARC
application
fees
letter of release / letter of termination of employment.

It takes about 15 minutes at the counter in immigration to process the change of status.
It takes a couple of weeks to get your new ARC.

I wondered about this too.

Would the bank book be ok or do you think I would need the bank to write something?

Also, should I go to immigration at Incheon airport or a different place?

Thanks so much for the helpful posts Smile
