| She asked me once across from McDonald's. She was across from McDonald's/ Starbuck's there on the opposite side of the street. She said she wanted me to help her with her bags. I said no, and that's all that happened. |

Why not turn the tables? agree to carry the bag, when she gets to the store she's going to enter, stop outside and tell her you aren't going in. Then open the bag. I'm sure the merchandise will be at or near the top.
Explain you're working with itaewon police to catch scammers then point to your friend across the street who waves with his big ol camera. Tell her you're authorized to let her go but you have to confiscate the bag and collect a fine from her and her accomplice. |

That is why the smart phone is your best protection. Whip it and start recording.
This scam may only work for a while, before police catch on. Unless the police get a cut of the action. |
