If I pay at an atm, I'm doing a transfer, yeah?
So how do they know that the money is coming from me? Isn't there a possibility that some other apartments bill is the same amount? |

It doesn't matter where the money comes from; it just matters that it goes to your bill. There's likely some sort of code on your bill when it's scanned by the machine. |

Oh right, so you have to put the bill through the ATM machine?
Can you pay bills in any of the convenience stores? |

There's a unique code for your bill when you send it to that ATM number. |

Do you mean unique bank account number? Or will the ATM prompt me to input a special code on addition to the bank account number and amount? |

The account number you send the payment to is unique. I wondered the same thing when I first got here, but it's a pretty good system. |

Pay all mine online, in the case of the monthly fee to our apartment, I have to put the unit number in the comment, the other bills all go to unique accounts so they know it's been paid. |

I go to my bank, and there are special atm machines just for utilities bills. It scans my bill, then I do a transfer. I don't have to type much in. Try bringing your bills to your bank and have one of the workers help you the first couple of times. |

I pay them with my phone these days, except for those who'll just take the money straight out of my account. I hate money. You don't have it, you worry about it, you have it, you worry about it. I prefer all that crap to just deal with itself. |
