Does anyone work at or have info on Hagwons that hire teachers for two different shifts. For example, the first lot of teachers might do 9-3/4 and then the second lot do 3/4-9/10.

Most hagwons have split-shifts (aka, crazy hours with random classes from 6am-11pm), or are kindies that work all day (for example 9-6), or elementary+ that just work at night (for example 3-10)...

If you're looking for something specific, look around at the job boards and ask recruiters... but, they'll probably tell you the same thing... Good luck!

Thanks for that. I am after a school that might have everything from kindy to high school and hire two shifts of teachers. I know they are out there.

You could have kindy in the morning and then come back. The later you come back the older the students will be, starting with the 1st and 2nd graders.

If it is a small hagwon, you might also be able to do some adults before the kindy classes. Otherwise, if you want those, take a later second shift.

I should have been clearer. We have a baby so if we split the day into two shifts we both get paid and we have no need for a sitter

Depending on the age of you little one you may be able to take him with you.
Most kindy hagwans have programs for kids beginning at (western) age 2.

It is certainly do-able.
