While I dont mind going there every now and then to pick up a kabab or to check out a wing night, I hate having to trek all the way to itaewon every time I need to pick up a certain spice, cheese, or whatever they only happen to sell at one of those international food markets.

Are there any others located outside of this area? (I'm near Gangnam, but lets get a list of them that are all over the city if we can)

Pretty much every Lotte, Shinsegae or Hyundae department store has a foreign food section of varying size. The E-Marts at Yeoksam road and Yangjae have decent sections, but with the latter you're basically at Costco and you know what that means. There's also a smaller supermarket close to Daechi subway station where all the rich people live.

I've lived in Gangnam for 3 years and unless there's been something new in the last 2 years, I'd say the best and largest foreign food stores are still all in Itaewon, because that's where most of their customers live.

But even the foreign markets only carry the same 3 types of "cheese" that you can easily find at the Lotte cheese counter at Hanti station, the bread is better (Passion 5, Mischa's bakery) but you can get excellent bread at the same Lotte which has a rare jewel of a bakery, "spices" you can buy anywhere or in Itaewon and they last you a couple of years, if you plan ahead.

I also noticed (via my bathroom scale) that permanent access to foreign (=mostly US produced) food directly relates to sudden and continued weight increases (marshmallow peanut butter jalapeno melted cheese sandwich with Heinz honey mustard sauce anyone?) so you might not be in such a bad place as you think you are Wink
